Island Press can now select the contacts they want in a particular list. They can then click a button and automatically create a new working list. The company can manage working lists, view all contacts, and create activities for each, fixing inefficiencies in their process.
One major challenge with the previous Airtable CRM was the inability to keep record of the last contact with a Publisher or customer. This negatively impacted customer relationships.
With the adoption of a custom React CRM, Island Press can add filters to their activities, avoid contacting someone too soon and Improve customer relationships.
