To the right, job metrics are shown with payment information available at a glance. In the center of the page are client details, including billing information.
There’s also a history of the estimates that have been provided to this customer. Our client can add multiple estimates to the job to offer a range of service options, and ultimately decide on one with their customer. The Timeline shows the entire client history since they entered the system – all calls, estimates, photos… everything. There’s a space to record new visits, and a place to record any customer complaints.
